To integrate a pdf to a form follow these steps.
1.- Go to PDF Importer
2.- Click in Create Template
3.- Select a form and upload a pdf
4.- Click in any of your pdf fields (PDF Fields have a grey background and red border)
4.a.- If your pdf doesn’t have any field you can create your own using the plugin fields
5.- Link the pdf field to one of the fields of your form
6.- Do the same for all the other fields you want to link.
